keys to inclusive leadership in nursing (kiln)
The Connell School of Nursing’s "Keys to Inclusive Leadership in Nursing" (KILN) program assists students to maximize their leadership potential and prepare for the challenges of providing nursing care in our increasingly multicultural society. KILN scholars receive financial support, faculty mentorship, and opportunities to network with nurse leaders as they pursue their undergraduate or graduate studies.
Through the below newsletters, our students have an opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences as they participate in activities that emphasize leadership, professional development, and community health.
To learn more about the students' experiences in their own words, visit the KILN blog.
