Parking Information & Discounted Passes
For those of you who plan on driving to the conference, we recommend purchasing a set of discounted parking passes. Boston College requires us to acquire all of the parking passes in advance. As a result, you will not be able to secure discounted parking on the day of the event. Please be advised that Boston College is increasing the daily parking rate on June 1, 2011. It will cost you approximately $25 per day, without a discounted pass, to park at Boston College. For directions or more details about parking on campus, click here.
If you are collaborating with the Lynch School of Education and facilitating a session at the conference, you can purchase discounted parking passes through Boston College's secure online e-commerce site. You can select the option for one day of parking ($10) or two days of parking ($20).
All of the discounted parking passes will be distributed at the registration desk (Honors Common Library, Fulton Hall) on August 10-11, 2011. On the day of the conference, simply enter parking garage and take a ticket from the column before the gate. When you check-in at the registration desk, you will be provided with a validated pass to use at the end of day.
