Lynch School of Education

Graduate School Policies for International Students

motion passed

The following motion was recommended to the Dean on December 5, 2007 by the full EPC and formally approved by the Dean on January 4, 2008. Please keep this notice with your records about LSOE policies, programs, and procedures.

It is moved that all International students who apply to the Lynch School of Education must meet the same testing requirements as domestic students in addition to any TOEFL requirements. When making an admission decision, faculty will use TOEFL scores and other relevant information to evaluate the student, recognizing that an international candidate’s performance on the GRE may not adequately represent the candidate’s potential for graduate work.
