Mary Ellen Fulton
associate dean for finance, research, and administration

Mary Ellen Fulton has served as Associate Dean for Finance, Research, and Administration of the Lynch School of Education for over 14 years. In her role she is responsible for the development and implementation of financial and administrative policies and procedures, oversight of the Lynch School’s financial and budgeting activities, and acts as a liaison to various University communities. During her time as associate dean she has also served as the University Harassment Counselor and an adjunct faculty member at the Carroll School of Management.
Prior to joining the Lynch School, Fulton held a number of positions in both higher education and the business sector. She has over 25 years of professional experience in management, marketing and administrative roles.
Fulton holds an A.B. and an M.B.A. from Boston College. In 2000, she completed the HERS Management Institute for Women in Higher Education. She is involved in a host of community activities, and has served on the boards of several local organizations.
