CCCS relies on the establishment of viable partnerships with community agencies in order to address the academic, social/emotional/behavioral, family, and health needs fo each and every student.

In the 2009-10 academic year, CCCS schools partnered with a wide range of agencies, including mental health agencies, after-school programs, and family outreach services. In total, at the 14 CCCS schools, 164 community partnerships were facilitated. On average, each School Site Coordinator established 5.5 new partnerships during the year, resulting in a 48% increase in the number of partnerships from 2008-09.

Resource Advisory Council

The Resouce Advisory Council (RAC) is a unique group of community partners who help to shape the practice of CCCS. The RAC meets twice annually to help CCCS form more effective partnerships between and among our office, community partners, and participating Catholic schools.
