Gregory D. Manne ’12 and Dorine Yang ’12 were awarded Fulbright grants to spend a year overseas as English Teaching Assistants who help teach English language while serving as U.S. cultural ambassadors. Manne will spend the year in Spain, while Yang will move to Malaysia.

Paul Chiozzi, M.A. ’12, is the assistant director of First Year Experience, an office in the Division of University Mission and Ministry at Boston College.

Frank Daniello, Ph.D. ’12, is an assistant professor of education at Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass.

Kassia Davies, M.A. ’11, is a residential clinician at Wayside Youth and Family Support Network in Framingham, Mass.

Katherine Julian, M.A. ’12, is a staff associate in the Office of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Programming at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she advises 40 first-year students.

Matthew Lengen, M.A. ’12, is the coordinator of student programs at Marquette University.

Alyse Lepkowski, M.A. ’11, is a school counselor at Framingham High School.

Andrew Levine, M.S.T. ’11, teaches chemistry at the Academy of Innovative Technology in Brooklyn, N.Y.

The American Psychological Foundation named Caitlin Lombardi, Ph.D. ’12, the recipient of the 2012 Annette Urso Rickel Dissertation Award for Public Policy. Read more »

Jeremy Price, Ph.D. ’12, is a post-doctoral scholar at the Lawrence Hall of Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Price works with the Seeds of Science/Roots of Reading project team developing science curriculums for elementary and middle school students.

Francesca Purcell, Ph.D. ’04, is the new provost at Massachusetts Bay Community College in Wellesley, Mass.   

Margarita Zisselsberger, Ph.D. ’11, is an assistant professor of education at Loyola University Maryland.

Mandy Savitz-Romer, Ph.D. ’04, and colleague Suzanne M. Bouffard co-authored Ready, Willing, and Able: A Developmental Approach to College Access and Success (Harvard Education Press, 2012). Savitz-Romer was also featured in Education Week.
