Cassidy Article Wins Zacharias Prize for Scholarship

Newton, MA--Michael Cassidy's article, "Plea Bargaining, Discovery, and the Intractable Problem of Impeachment Disclosures," 64 Vand. L. Rev. 101 (2011) has been awarded the Zacharias Prize by the AALS Professional Responsibility Section for the best article on legal ethics published in 2011.
The prize honors outstanding legal ethics scholarship that furthers the tradition of Fred Zacharias’s fine scholarship and recognizes his ethic of mentorship of others in the field. It will be presented to Professor Cassidy at the Section Lunch of the AALS Section on Professional Responsibility, which will take place on Friday, January 6, 2012, at American University Law School.
