3/23/09--On March 19th, 2009, President Obama announced his intention to nominate Cameron F. Kerry ‘78 as General Counsel of the Department of Commerce. Kerry is currently a practicing partner of the Boston Chapter of Mintz Levin. He has over 30 years of experience as a communications lawyer and a litigator in several developing areas of regulation. He received his B.A. cum laude from Harvard College and received his J.D magna cum laude from Boston College Law School.
