Commencement Honors

Honors awarded at graduation are calculated as follows:

Summa Cum Laude is awarded to the top 2% of the class

Magna Cum Laude is awarded to the top 10% of the class

Cum Laude is awarded to the top third of the class

Eligibility for membership in the Order of the Coif is extended to students graduating in the top 10% of the class and who have spent all three years of study at Boston College Law School.
