11/22/04—Boston College Law School’s National Moot Court team won Best Brief at the Northeast Regional Round of the Competition, held at Suffolk Law School on November 19th and 20th, 2004.

BC Law’s team, composed of Jon Berroya, Meghan Delaney, and Erin McFeron, was runner-up in the final round. As one of the top two teams, they advance to the National Championship Round where twenty-six schools from thirteen regions across the United States compete in February at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

In recognition of their excellence in advocacy, each member of the team was awarded the American College of Trial Lawyers' Justice Lewis F. Powell Medal.
