Grimes Moot Court Finals Set for April 22

4/15/03--Boston College Law School will hold its annual internal moot court competition finals on Tuesday, April 22 at 4:00 p.m. in room 120 of the East Wing. The Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court will feature a three-judge panel and two finalists teams: Team R will include Rita O’Neill and Dana McSherry; Team D will include Joshua Walls and Jennifer Bombard.

"We’re ready for another hard-fought competition," said Director of Advocacy Programs Alexis Anderson. "We have wonderful judges, and talented teams. All four finalists have worked very hard and should be commended for making it this far. Our thanks to the student chairs of the competition and all who have participated in helping to make this year’s competition a success."

The three participating judges are Judge Sandra Lynch from the First Circuit Federal Court of Appeals; Judge John Rogers from the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals; and Justice Patricio Serna from the New Mexico Supreme Court.

There will be a special reception following the competition, held in Barat House on the Law School campus.
