Perju Named to Constitutional Reform Commission

Professor Vlad Perju has been appointed to serve on an advisory commission that will present the President with a vision for the country's constitutional reform.

Casey Foundation Essay Tackles Juvenile Justice Reform

On June 12, the Annie E. Casey Foundation launched its 2008 KIDS COUNT Data Book essay, "A Road Map for Juvenile Justice Reform." The Juvenile Rights Advocacy Project (JRAP) at Boston College Law School is mentioned within the essay as an example of what is needed to yield a far fairer and more efficient juvenile justice system.
