Symposium: Filling Power Vacuums in the New Global Legal Order

On October 12, Boston College Law School, in association with BC's Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy, hosted a day-long symposium entitled Filling Power Vacuums in the New Global Legal Order.
The Symposium, which was organized by the Boston College Law Review and International and Comparative Law Review, featured a keynote address by Princeton University Professor Anne-Marie Slaughter. BC Law faculty members moderated panel discussions on the following topics: Globalization, Deregulation, Power and Agency; Legal Practice and the Legal Profession in the Global World; and Combat Strategies and the Law of War in the Age of Terrorism.
