On November 13, 2012, the LL.M. class visited Massachusetts Superior Court for Suffolk County to observe the American court system in action. The students first met with Justices of the Court for a conversation about the Massachusetts state judicial system and court procedures. They spent the remainder of the visit observing different trials. The visit was arranged through former Superior Court Justice John C. Cratsley, who is an adjunct faculty member at the Law School.
