On November 13, 2012, the LL.M. class will visit the Massachusetts Superior Court for Suffolk County to observe the American court system in action. The students will first meet with Justices of the Court for a conversation about the Massachusetts state judicial system and court procedures. They will spend the remainder of the visit observing different trials. The visit is being arranged through former Superior Court Justice John C. Cratsley, who is an adjunct faculty member at the Law School.
