On December 14, 2011, The International Law Section of the Boston Bar Association published an article by LL.M. student Julio Cortes, entitled “E-commerce in Europe: are the terms and conditions of American online stores too narrow for European standards?”

Mr. Cortes is a former Senior Legal Advisor to the National Institute for Consumer Protection, European Consumer Center in Madrid, Spain.
