Optional LL.M. Concentrations Announced
Beginning with the 2012-13 academic year, BC Law will offer optional LL.M. concentrations in five fields of study.
BC Law Participates in German LL.M. Fairs
Boston College Law School will participate in two LL.M. fairs in Germany.
Dr. Katharine Young Speaks at ILS Colloquium
On March 28, 2012, Dr. Katharine Young spoke on the topic “The Enforcement of Economic and Social Rights: How Rights to Food, Water, Health, Housing and Education are Changing Public Law.”
LL.M. Class Visits Law Firm
On March 16, 2012, the LL.M. class visited the Boston office of the law firm Goulston & Storrs.
LL.M. Students Visit Federal Court
On February 24, 2012, the LL.M. class visited the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
LL.M. Appreciation Dinner
On February 15, 2012, the Law Students’ Association (LSA) and the LL.M. program co-sponsored an LL.M. Appreciation Dinner.
LL.M. Student Article Published
On December 14, 2011, The International Law Section of the Boston Bar Association published an article by LL.M. student Julio Cortes.
State Court Visit
On November 17, 2011, the LL.M. class visited the Massachusetts Superior Court for Suffolk County to observe the American court system in action.
International Legal Studies Colloquium
On October 4th, Raymond Atuguba of the University of Ghana Faculty of Law spoke on “Conversations, Stories, Experiments: Africa's March Forward.”
LL.M. Student Honored
LL.M. student Francisca Fajana has been chosen a “Top Woman of Law” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
LL.M. Orientation 2011-12
The LL.M. class of 2011-12 arrived for their orientation beginning August 19, 2011.
