GSSW Alumni Association

The Boston College Graduate School of Social Work Alumni Association board meets monthly during the school year and partners with the following departments to improve services and programs for GSSW Alumni:

• Career Services: November Networking Event, Connections networking program
• Continuing Education: Fall & Spring Workshops
• Admissions & Recruitment: Fall Information Sessions
• Communications & Events: Alumni Magazine

Other Regular Appointments

GSSW Alumni Association board members may be nominated to serve on these additional boards within the GSSW community.

GSSW Executive Board: Two alumni board members traditionally serve on the Graduate School of Social Work's executive board. They are selected by the Alumni Association board officers.

Field Advisory Board: Representatives serve on an advisory committee for field education. The group meets twice annually to discuss topics such as trends in the field, placement options, and new processes.
