Field Placement Application & Agencies

Application Instructions

  1. You must finish all questions, upload your resume, and click submit before you log out or your answers will be lost.
  2. Your resume should be a Microsoft Word document (.doc).
  3. You should complete your application as soon as possible.
  4. Once you finish and submit the form, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt.
  5. You can log back into your application to edit and/or upload a new resume.

Please note: As part of the placement process, your resume will be provided to agency personnel to review your experience and qualifications before a placement interview is scheduled.

If you have general questions about the field placement process, please refer to the information sheet mailed with your credential letter containing your BC log-in information.
