On September 22 at the Chief Executives’ Club of Boston, David Barger, president and chief executive officer of JetBlue Airways, called for air traffic control reform and lower taxes on airlines, and discussed the company’s plans for continued growth in New England. Joseph Grimaldi, chief executive officer of Mullen, introduced Barger.
