New Leaders for New Realities

On May 13 at the Chief Executives’ Club of Boston, Indra K. Nooyi, chairman and chief executive officer of PepsiCo and “the most powerful woman in business” according to Fortune magazine, spoke about talent strategy and management, saying they are “as important as business strategy and management.” Robert Kraft, chairman and chief executive officer of The Kraft Group and owner of the New England Patriots, introduced Nooyi.
