Perspectives on Financial Services and the New J.P. Morgan Chase

William B. Harrison, president and chief executive of the newly formed J. P. Morgan Chase & Co., a premier global competitor with operations in over 60 countries, spoke yesterday to an overflow audience at the Chief Executives' Club of Boston. Mr. Harrison told the crowd to expect the financial services industry to keep consolidating in the coming years until there are only a handful of large, international players.
