The Lynch Leadership Academy is a community of district, charter, and Catholic urban school principals and leaders from the city of Boston and surrounding urban areas.
Each cohort consists of up to 25 members, and builds a network of school leaders to support one another in overcoming some of the most difficult challenges pertinent to urban education. School leaders come from a variety of settings ranging from K-5, middle schools, and high schools. Each school leader brings his or her unique experiences and leadership qualities to the Academy. The level of experience as school leaders varies from first-year leaders through middle-career veterans.
