Jim Marini has been a public school educator for 40 years serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent of schools. Currently, Jim is a coach in the New Superintendents Induction Program jointly run by the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. He is also a mentor in the Professional School Administrators Program (PSAP) doctoral program at Boston College.
