Meet the Coaches

Paula L. Finklestein, M.Ed., is a retired urban elementary educator and school district administrator. As an urban principal for over two decades, Ms. Finklestein led her school to receive the coveted 2006 Commonwealth Compass School Award for exceptional improvement in students’ performance on the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS). She is a trained MESPA (Massachusetts Elementary School Principals Association) coach, educated in current coaching practices at the elementary and middle school levels.
