The LLA coaching model is rooted in the belief that each participant’s skills will exponentially improve with constructive feedback and real-world application.
One key component of our program is leadership coaching. Each participant is assigned a leadership coach tasked with providing targeted job-embedded support. Coaches meet with participants monthly for six hours. During their sessions, coaches focus on each principal’s Leadership Growth Project and overall school goals, thereby targeting their work and focusing on identifying leadership areas and school outcomes.
