A student’s experience on the 2012 International Management Experience trip to Asia
The 12th annual International Management Experience (IME) trip to Asia brought 19 full and part-time MBA students to Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo this past May, including MBA Evening student Nathan Richman.

Meet Nicolás and Todd, Class of 2013

Nicolás Bence came to the Carroll School’s MBA program from Argentina after five years in marketing and sales at ExxonMobil and a brief experience in consulting. Todd Labbe grew up in Connecticut and worked in mergers and acquisitions for EMC Corporation, an IT company, before returning to Boston College, his alma mater, for a dual MBA/MSF degree.

Boston Investment Conference

I was fortunate enough to attend the first annual Boston Investment Conference in 2012. This event was organized to raise money for Boston Children’s Hospital, and all proceeds from ticket sales went to the hospital.

The final numbers for the Class of 2012 full-time MBA placements resulted in 90% of our full-time MBA graduates receiving job placements within three months of graduation and 99% of the Class of 2013 being placed in a summer internship.
