The Carroll School of Management prepares MBA students to think critically, manage change, and create solutions to pressing problems. MBA students here gain hands-on experience, make strong connections with faculty and colleagues, and graduate with a deep understanding of the ethical responsibilities of leadership.
In evaluating applications, the Carroll School looks for academic excellence, strong work experience, and outstanding potential for leadership. Courses in business administration or management are not required, but students are expected to be proficient in communication skills and mathematics. With few exceptions, students enter the program after at least two years of full-time work experience.
