Since joining Career Strategies in 2001, Marilyn’s vision and leadership have transformed the department and its service model into one that focuses on professional skills, career development, individual job attainment strategies, and building life skills. In addition, her broad corporate background has provided a foundation for guiding students toward successful career paths and methods of leveraging work experiences to achieve professional goals. Marilyn’s continued involvement in professional events and associations contributes to promoting the value of the Carroll School’s graduate programs and its students to industry.
