Nadya Malenko is an assistant professor of finance at Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. Her research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, and information economics. Her recent research projects study the effectiveness of shareholder voting rules, the design of decision-making procedures in corporate boards, and strategic rounding of earnings by the management.

Professor Malenko received her Ph.D. in finance from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She also holds a M.Sc. in mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a M.A. in economics from the New Economic School, Moscow.
