The process and products of research are essential elements in Boston College's intellectual community and the Carroll School has a long tradition of combining the best teaching with groundbreaking research.

We have over 100 scholars, researchers, and teachers who consistently contribute to leading management journals and publications in every discipline of business. Each faculty member, from department chairpersons to non-tenured faculty, is dedicated to skillfully educating both undergraduate and graduate students in addition to pursuing their research initiatives.

Faculty are also regularly called upon to comment on current business topics in national media; to contribute to discussions at the highest levels of government; and to consult for some of the largest companies and nonprofit organizations in the world today.
