National Association for Women in Catholic Higher Education (NAWCHE)

Graduate Consortium in Women's Studies at MIT

The Graduate Consortium in Women's Studies at MIT is a pioneering effort by faculty at six degree-granting institutions in the Boston area and MIT to advance women's studies scholarship. The Consortium on Gender, Security, and Human Rights at UMass Boston

This consortium works on a local and international level to "to foster the development of new knowledge about gender, armed conflict, and security; and to help bridge the gap between the scholarly research community on the one hand, and policy makers and practitioners on the other." They are currently offering formal internships and welcome volunteers.

Black Women, Gender, and Families: A New Black Women's Studies Journal

The primary mission of BWGF is to analyze, develop, and further Black Women's Studies paradigms. It centers the study of Black women and gender within the critical discourses of history, the social sciences, and the humanities.

BWGF welcomes research and theoretical submissions from a wide variety of academic fields and interdisciplinary programs.
