BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY

Marianne Tierney is a Margaret O’Brien Flatley Fellow in theological ethics at Boston College, specializing in theological ethics. Her interests include Latin American human rights, service learning and social justice. Before her return to Boston College, she volunteered in the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina, worked for Commonweal magazine and received an MDiv from Harvard Divinity School where she worked in the Office for Ministry Studies for three years.
