BIOGRAPHICAL SUMMARY

I am currently a doctoral candidate in systematic theology minoring in theological ethics here at Boston College. My research interests focus on the intersection of theological foundations, virtue ethics (particularly the theological virtues of faith, hope, and love), theological anthropology, and New Testament theology. Presently I am writing my dissertation, entitled “The Love of Truth and the Truth of Love: A Study of Augustine and Thomas Aquinas on the Quest for Understanding and the Hermeneutics of Love,” which seeks to explore the relationship between knowledge and love, particularly with reference to the human capacity to receive divine revelation.
