The minor will consist of:

• Introductory course
  PL 429 Freud and Philosophy
• One course in each of the following areas:
  • Psychoanalysis and Philosophy
  • Psychoanalysis and
    Literary/Cultural Theory

In addition, each student will select, with the advice and approval of the director, electives that reflect the student's individual interests and the broader goals described above.

With the director's approval, one course from the student's major may be used toward the minor. In all, the minor will consist of six courses, representing a minimum of three departments in the College of Arts and Sciences.
