John G. Boylan

Dr. Boylan is trained as a biologist and chemist and has worked in the field of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance throughout his career. His research has been in the area of lipids and heart disease.
Boylan is personally interested in Ignatian Spirituality and social justice and has participated in several Boston College Service programs. He and his wife serve on the Board of Directors of Rosie’s Place in Boston, where they have volunteered their time for many years. He enjoys sailing
and crew and has rowed in the Head of the Charles River Regatta.
