Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts

Local Museums Cultural Resources

Museum of African American History

This is New England's largest African American history museum, with two main locations - one in Boston and one in Nantucket.


Boston African American Historic Site

This site, administered by the National Park Service, contains the largest area of pre-Civil War black owned structures in the United States.
