The Holiday Inn Boston-Brookline in Brookline, MA has a block of rooms reserved for the 2010 ESSSA Meeting.  It is strongly suggested that rooms be booked as soon as possible, even as early as this Spring, as October 16^th and 17^th is parents weekend at Boston University and it is Autumn in New England.  Rooms for the ES-SSA, at the meeting rate are only available until September 17^th . Reservations received after Friday, September 17^th, 2010 will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates. 

Block of discounted rooms:

10 rooms @ $169 each (plus applicable taxes) are available on 10/16/2010.
20 rooms @ $169 each (plus applicable taxes) are available on 10/17/2010.
20 rooms @ $169 each (plus applicable taxes) are available on 10/18/2010.

Discounted rooms can only be reserved by calling the hotel directly, no online reservations are accepted at the discounted rate. 

Travel Information

Boston’s Logan International Airport (BOS) is the closest airport to the meeting site and hotel.  The hotel contracted for the meeting is accessible via public transportation from Logan Airport on the C Green Line St. Paul stop.
