Academic Technology Services
Research services provided by Boston College's Information Technology Services include technical consultation, statistical consultation, specialized support, system-level programming, and analytical technique debugging. Boston College offers a number of analytical applications to its faculty members. Included are SPSS, SAS, Stata, HLM, RATS, Mathematica, HyperResearch, Sudaan, LISREL, StatView, and Stat/Transfer.
Faculty Microcomputer Resource Center
The Graduate Statistical Assistant Program brings to faculty and advanced graduate students the following:
- familiarity with statistical packages, conversion utilities, and database access
- advice on alternative software that might be used for a specific analysis
- resolution of programming problems
- a cumulative collection of Web-based documentation to assist users with packages, databases, and Web-centric resources.

The Boston College Media Technology Services provide the University community with a full range of audio-visual support and instructional design.
Graphic services provide computer-based digital design, poster and publication preparation, conventional mechanical paste-ups, design support, and consultation. Their services can help you develop first-rate flyers, presentations, overhead transparencies, posters, reports, slides, and signs.
