Special Lecture by Mary Catherine Bateson, Center's Research Fellow

The Graduate School of Social Work, as part of it's Annual Pinderhughes Diversity Lecture Series, will feature a talk by writer and cultural anthropologist Mary Catherine Bateson.

Ms. Bateson's recent book titled "Composing a Further Life: The Age of Active Wisdom" explores the contributions and improvisations of engaged older adults. It was written to raise consciousness of the changing life cycle and to encourage older adults to claim a voice for the future.

The Pinderhughes Diversity Lecture is free and open to the university community.
