Melissa Brown Successfully Defends Dissertation

Melissa Brown successfully defended her dissertation on March 23. Dr. Brown’s dissertation, entitled “The work-eldercare interface: Workplace characteristics, work-family conflict, and well-being among caregivers of older adults”, explores important questions related to the experiences of today’s working caregivers. Melissa worked at the Sloan Center on Aging & Work while pursuing her doctoral studies. |
