Our newest case study, Flexibility and the Older Worker, seeks to answer questions about workplace flexibility and the older worker including:

  • Do organizations incorporate age into their flexibility strategies?
  • What challenges have employers faced in launching promising practices?

In this presentation, we shared findings from research and multigenerational case studies with leading organizations in various industries, and revealed the transformational strategies and efforts being leveraged as a result. We shared the employer’s approaches to help support the changing needs of their multi-generational employees.
