Talent Management Responses to the Aging Workforce: The Case of American Employers
18 November 2011—Stephen Sweet, Sloan Research Fellow, will present findings from the Talent Management Study at the Gerontological Society of America’s 64th Annual Scientific Meeting in Boston (Nov 18-22). Dr. Sweet will discuss employer preparedness for the baby boom generations exit from the workforce based upon key findings from the 2009 Talent Management Study of 696 American employers conducted by the Sloan Center on Aging & Work.
