EMPLOYERS CONCERNED ABOUT LOSS OF TALENT

Half (51%) of employers report that their growth could be hindered by the loss of talent in key skill areas, while 49% report a lack of succession planning, and 38% an inability to attract necessary talent, according to a 2010 global survey by Towers Watson.
