Ken Scott is the Outreach Director of the Mountain & Plains Education and Research Center at the Colorado School of Public Health. Ken's work focuses on the employee health and safety implications of an aging workforce. Before moving to Colorado, Ken worked with researchers at the University of Washington, government agencies, labor unions and industry partners to develop the prototype of a workshop that can help organizations take practical steps to prepare for an aging workforce.
