Dr. Emma Parry's research interests include recruitment and selection, particularly the use of the internet for recruitment and selection, the use of technology in HR, age discrimination at work, talent management and international HRM. Emma is currently managing the Recruitment Confidence Index, a quarterly survey of UK recruitment trends, and is also managing Cranet, an international Network of business Schools that conducts a comparative survey of HRM policies and practices in around 40 countries worldwide.
