Simona Cuomo, a professional SICO registered counsellor, is Professor in Organisation, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources Management. In the Laboratorio Armonia, set up and co-ordinated by the SDA Bocconi Business School, Simona coordinates efforts to foster skills for diversity management in the business world, and to compare working practices on the theme. Some of Simona’s main projects include: International Research on Gender Studies and Diversity Management; Training and coaching activities; and workshops on diversity management issues to promote knowledge exchange among companies engaged through the Laboratorio.
