Approximately 1 in 3000 Americans are currently infected with HIV/AIDS

HIV/AIDS Infection can be through

• Sexual transmission
• Sharing needles, syringes or piercing equipment
• Contact with blood, semen, or vaginal fluids

HIV/AIDS cannot be passed by

• Casual contact
• Insect bites or stings
• Hugging or dry kissing

Be responsible and do not engage in activities that put you at risk for contracting HIV/AIDS. Abstinence is the best prevention. If you have engaged in risky behaviors, get tested.
