A Frame Request Form

Transportation and Parking

Please note that all of the fields on this form must be completed in order for your request to be processed. After submitting your request, you should receive a confirmation email from us within 24 to 48 hours.


 

• Please note that your group is responsible for putting out and picking up A- Frames before and after your event.

• A-Frames can be picked up at 129 Lake Street, Transportation and Parking Office the hours of 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday.

• All A-Frames should be returned at the same place.

• No A Frames should be left out overnight.

• Any A Frames not returned will be charged a $90 replacement fee.

• By submitting the form you are agree to terms and conditions above.
