Peer Leadership Consultant Program
The PLC program is designed to provide current upperclassmen, who have demonstrated significant leadership ability, the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills and share their talents with other students on campus. Primary responsibilities include (1) assisting the SPO leadership team in creating, delivering, and evaluating the “BC Leaders for Others” leadership training program and (2) creating, delivering, and evaluating customized leadership trainings to student groups across campus. The PLC’s may also collaborate with the SPO leadership team on other leadership programs, such as the Student Leadership Symposium.
