To begin employment at Boston College, you must complete the following forms and bring them to the office listed below.

If being paid weekly, complete Section I and bring, with the appropriate original documentation, to Student Services. - M-4 (Massachusetts Withholding Form) (PDF)
Graduate students with assistantships must bring this form to their Dean's office, or send this completed and signed form to the Human Resources Service Center at 129 Lake Street on the Brighton Campus. - Off-Campus Federal Work-Study Hire/Rehire Form (PDF)

Direct deposit is the electronic transfer of your current payroll amount from Boston College to the designated account(s) in the bank(s) or credit union(s) of your choice.
Note: M-4, W-4, and Direct Deposit forms will be available online on your Agora portal "My Services" page after you have been hired and your Hire Form has been processed by the Human Resources Service Center on the Brighton campus. (Refer to "News & Notes" on the Student Employment main page for additional information, and contact the HRSC at 617-552-4772 if you have any questions about completing these forms or accessing them online through your Agora portal.)
